Close to the Mar Menor Sea and town of Los Alcazares the resort has a variety of properties and will have a hotel run by the De Vere Group. Their first venture into Europe. DeVere already run the golf course. The first 3 phases of the resort have already been handed over.

These properties are installed for Ducting and the Pre-installation on these properties are generally of a very high quality. The make and model of the system, is determined of the overall size and space of the suspended ceiling in the bathroom as some of these properties have a shroud around the outside area of the ceiling.

Some companies will break the shroud to fit a  larger cheaper unit, but beware this will incur a cost to you the client to repair the shroud. we have been successful in sourcing various makes and models to ensure no extra cost to you is incurred.
