The development at Hacienda Requelme Golf Resort is full of commodities that will make your day to day life easier. There is a supermarket with home delivery sevice, catering services, 24 hour security, interior designers, gardeners, restaurants, gym, golf club, beauty salon, saunas, turkish baths, laundry, shops with pharmaceutical products and a medical centre, all located within the resort grounds.

When complete this resort will fit 'hand in hand' with the Mar Menor Golf Resort, La Torre Golf Resort and El Valle Golf Resort as all these will, by then, be complete, giving owners and renters of these properties easy access within the other resorts and courses.

With regards to the Air conditioning at Requelme, all apartments are sold with a single Lounge machine and the Bedrooms are Pre-installed either to your terrace or if you are on the top floor, the pipework runs to the roof.

The Pre-installation pipework on this site is fairly good and have had very few problems, the only problem we seem to have had is the water drainage from the inside machine has either been blocked or slow to drain. In these instances we have referred it back to Polaris and they have rectified fairly promptly.

The Daitsu conventional model has been our biggest seller on this site as well as the Panasonic and Samsung 2x1 Multi split Inverter.
