Condado De Alhama

We have now installed in over 120 properties on the Condado De Alhama site, with 100% satisfied customers.

Unfortunately at the Condado De Alhama site there have been numerous problems with the builders Pre-installation of pipework, drainage and cables. We at Chillout have a 100% success rate at working with Polaris and ensuring that all is correct before installing your Air Conditioning.

With our excellent relationship with Polaris world Staff, you will not need to worry about chasing up the rectifications yourself, we will report and ensure the repairs are done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This is something that we feel we are alot more qualified to do and something which you should not have to be concerned with. Please make sure whoever you choose to install your Air Conditioning that they offer this service.

We have heard that most Air Conditioning companies installing on this site when coming accross any sort of pre-install problem that prohibits them to complete the installation, is just simply dumped back to the Client. We do not believe this is how things should be done.

Terrazas De La Torre

Unfortunately at the Terrazas De La Torre site no communication cables have been pulled in, and we have found that on a couple of occasions that the ducting has been blocked so that when we have tried to pull the cables through ourselves it has not been possible. However these problems are usually overcome as we have recently been informed by Polaris exactly where the ducting runs so that we can rectify ourselves.

On the odd occasion where it would mean cutting in to the wall to pull through, Polaris will either give us the go ahead to cut and they will make good, or it has been reported and they have rectified promptly and informed us that we can get back in to finish the job. We do not charge any extra for this extra work, please beware of companies that do.

La Torre

The Pre-install pipework on this site is very good and we have encountered very few problems.

Riquelme

The Pre-installation pipework on this site is fairly good and have had very few problems, the only problem we seem to have had is the water drainage from the inside machine has either been blocked or slow to drain. In these instances we have referred it back to Polaris and they have rectified fairly promptly.

Roda

These properties are installed for Ducting and the Pre-installation on these properties are generally of a very high quality. The make and model of the system, is determined of the overall size and space of the suspended ceiling in the bathroom as some of these properties have a shroud around the outside area of the ceiling.

Some companies will break the shroud to fit a  larger cheaper unit, but beware this will incur a cost to you the client to repair the shroud. we have been successful in sourcing various makes and models to ensure no extra cost to you is incurred.
